Trent Thornley

Trent is an Enneagram educator and life coach. He developed the Living Enneagram approach, and he facilitates workshops all across the United States.Trent is an ordained Buddhist Dharma Leader in lineage of Anam Thubten at Dharmata Sangha. He is also an ordained minister of the Metropolitan Community Churches, a progressive denomination celebrating queer spirituality. All of his education and coaching work is open and affirming of all paths.Trent holds a masters degree in Buddhist Studies from the Graduate Theological Union and a Certificate in Buddhist Chaplaincy from the Institute of Buddhist Studies. He has years of rigorous spiritual practice in various Buddhist traditions.

I really loved this course and I'm very pleased to hear about the gift of the six being about 'discerning spirits'. Having this pattern, I can identify with overdoing it and trying to figure things out. I then fall into a heap afterwards. Sometimes I have had a discernment and then doubted myself and then it hasn't helped anyone. Knowing it is there is wonderful. It is wonderful to realize also that reality is ultimately trustworthy so I can relax and go with the flow. I also liked the fact that you referred to for example, the nine in all of us. I can relate to the other patterns as well and learn from then. Thank-you!!
