Course Description

The best way to learn the Personality Enneagram is by hearing directly from representatives who are running the type patterns.

We can hear their stories, hear their speaking style, watch their body language, and feel into the energy of the type patterns though this kind of narrative approach.

Each class includes an interview video of about 20 minutes, and a downloadable PDF outlining that personality style.

Trent Thornley

Trent developed the Living Enneagram approach based on many years of applying his Enneagram training as an ACPE Certified Educator of Clinical Pastoral Education. Trent is a former president of the International Enneagram Association and currently an IEA Accredited Professional. Trent serves as the Executive Director of the San Francsico Night Ministry. He is an ordained Buddhist Dharma Leader in a Dzogchen lineage, and an ordained minister in the Metropolitan Community Churches, a progressive denomination celebrating queer spirituality. His teachings are open and affirming of all paths. Trent holds a masters degree in Buddhist Studies from the Graduate Theological Union and a Certificate in Buddhist Chaplaincy from the Institute of Buddhist Studies. He is faculty for the Sati Center Buddhist Chaplaincy online program. Trent has years of rigorous spiritual practice in various Buddhist traditions. Trent has lived in San Francisco for 30 years.

Great conversations, lots of good information for those who have already discovered their number or are still trying to figure it out for themselves and other people in their lives. I'm a five and the interview with the five in this course had me laughing out loud and nodding "yes" to much of what was shared. Really resonated with me, not only for myself but for others whose numbers I know.
